Bruno's 21 year old nephew,
Giuseppe
- son of Bruno's brother Francesco Maria Fuscà and Caterina Fabrizio - came over with Marianna and the boys.
He was the only other passenger from Vazzano and he could read and
write. It's safe to assume that Bruno wanted an adult male relative to
make the trip over with them for protection.
